Customers buying goods from snaakshop.com will need to provide the following as an essential requirement to complete their purchase:

- delivery and billing address

Snaak Ltd is required by UK law to keep records of purchases and financial transactions for business accounting and taxation purposes; we keep records of financial transactions relevant to the current tax and accounting year, after which they are securely archived.

We do not ask you to create an account with snaakshop.com in order to complete a purchase.

We do not ask you to subscribe to a newsletter, or further marketing emails by snaakshop.

PAYMENT:

It is necessary for Snaak to collect personal information from our online customers for the essential purpose of fulfilling purchases made by our customers. Our customer payments are handled via Squarespace, which connects our e-commerce webshop with payment processors PayPal and Stripe.

Squarespace supports security protocols up to TLS 1.2. and uses 2048 bit and SSL encryption on all pages excepting checkout pages; our Squarespace checkout page is protected by Level 1 compliant, 128 bit SSL encryption to keep customers’ credit card data safe and secure during the checkout process. When a customer checks out on our shop page, they will see a lock icon in their browser. This means that Secure 128 bit SSL encryption is enabled.

Snaak also uses HSTS Secure for an added layer of security.
