Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods
Ordering
Shopping at snaakshop.com is a fast and secure process. When you have found a snaak that you wish to buy, just click on the 'add to cart' button. The quantity of snaak that you have selected will be displayed in the 'review your purchase' section of the checkout process. Should you wish to amend your selection, simply add or remove your choices to review the total value.
Once you are happy with your purchases, go to checkout to complete your purchase. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will be sent an email confirming receipt and the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us.
Please check the confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately of any errors by emailing hello@snaakshop.com
A follow-up email will then be sent once the goods have been dispatched to you.

Payment methods for ordering and refunds are Paypal and Stripe.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of accepting your order. Standard first class untracked delivery is free to all UK customers and should take at best next day, at worst 7 days to arrive. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Any delays or alteration of service by shipping partners is unfortunately beyond our control and we will endeavour to assist as much as possible in the event of delivery issues from shipping and courier services. You will be notified by email with shipping confirmation and tracking details if a tracked service has been purchased once your goods have been dispatched from Snaak Ltd.
Please be aware that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
SHIPPING COSTS
The charge for packing and shipping of all orders sent to locations in the UK, Europe and internationally is based on location, type of shipping service and quantity of snaak bought.

Taxes
The prices quoted on our site are are in USD and GBP and are inclusive of VAT, if applicable. All purchases within the UK are subject to the current UK VAT charge of 20%.
Most EU/EEA countries are currently not charged VAT under new Brexit legislation; this is due to be reviewed in July 2021. However, if you are ordering goods for delivery to EU/EEA countries you may possibly be subject to import duty and import VAT; these charges are not calculable or estimatable until the goods reach their destination country. The liability for payment of such customs duties and taxes rests solely with the recipient, and Snaak Ltd accepts no liability for them.
Similarly, if you are shipping to non EU/EEA and overseas countries you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with the recipient or customer and Snaak Ltd has no control or liability for them.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please email us at hello@snaakshop.com immediately prior to despatch, quoting your order reference number.
RETURNS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
Please report it by emailing hello@snaakshop.com within 14 days of the invoice date.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charges but does not include the cost of returning the items. Returns are at customers' own expense. We advise you use an insured, signed for service.
Return of unwanted items means that we should receive these items unused, in unmarked packaging, and in pristine condition for re-sale; nothing less will do. Prior to return, you should email us at hello@snaakshop.com to alert us of your return and reasons for your return. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request within seven days of receipt of the returned goods should they be received by us in pristine condition, but it may take a further seven days for the transaction to be processed and appear in your account.
Limitation of liability
Snaak Ltd will be responsible for any losses suffered by you if the losses suffered were reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed. We will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.
Snaak Ltd reserve the right to update and ammend these terms at any time according to business requirements and without notice.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us.
